Hear Putin’s message to the West during fifth term inauguration speech

Russian President Vladimir Putin was officially sworn in for his fifth term in office on Tuesday, at the age of 71. In his short inauguration speech in Moscow, he said that Russia does not rule out dialogue with the West, but \"the choice is theirs\" to pursue aggression or peace. The United States and many European nations did not send representatives to the ceremony.
