Hamas has informed mediators that the terrorist group will stick to its original plan of a “comprehensive ceasefire,” including the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza, a return of displaced Palestinians and a real exchange of prisoners, according to Israeli media reports. The announcement comes on the heels of the U.S. abstaining from a vote on a United Nations Security Council resolution, calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, allowing the resolution to pass.
